A talented guy that hails from Vancouver who has been illustrating pretty much since he could pick up a pencil. Paul followed his dreams and successfully graduated from Animation school and not satisfied with that, he then completed the IDEA programme at Capilano University, BC

For the past number of years he has been working in the Video Game Industry, but his passion is still illustration and animation. His work is playful and cartoon like and you are probably more familar with his work than you thought. With our Friends over at Wasserman + Partners, Paul has been responsible for the KARMA spots for Encorp recycling. He has also created a wonderful series of Murrays! This one is of course Venkman from Ghost Busters! Check out his page on the site to see the other Murrays, oh and all the other great work.

This weeks artist is the exceptional Jason Stavrou. His unique style is a fantastic addtition to the ever expanding roster. His work is proudly displayed on some packing created by our friends over at Wasserman + Partners. A commission to create a series of labels for Granville Island Brewery specialty beers. The first is a series of 12 is “Cloak & Dagger” a Cascadian Dark Ale. Jason worked with Ryan McGrew & Winston Hartle to create the most fantastic end product. The next label is already in the works and shaping up to be quite impressive, and as soon as it hits the shelves I will post it.

Jason has spent much of his career working in the UK, with many of the large publications and Newspapers creating satirical editorial images. His style is very distinctive and really pops of any media its placed on or in.

These 3 D snowflakes are created to look like Ski related paraphernalia made out of ice for Silverstar! A great project to work on with our friends over at Hot Tomali.

His illustrative style runs the gamut between painterly-like textures and brush strokes to repeated vector patterns and shapes. Photoshop and Illustrator are his main weapons of choice, although many projects begin their life as pencil, pen or marker on paper.

Oscar, joins us from Madrid, Spain, our first international artist! He has worked on many projects in Europe and recently completed some illustrations for SpecSavers that were used as transit ads, but also animated and displayed in the “tube” in London!

Her Chalk art can been seen all over town especially on a little TV show “Anna & Kristina’s Grocery bag” which began on the Womens network and is now shown on the “O” network. Victoria is also a very accomplished painter as you can see from her work.
