In the days prior to computers, Lorne was considered one of the best “WRISTS” around. With all of his experience, he can pretty much draw anything in any style.
He has drawn his way around the world, creating maps for Real estate projects, diagrams for mines, how to diagrams for technical companies and many illustrations for children’s publications to name but a very few of the projects he has worked on.
His work has an almost digital quality to it with his accuracy and attention to detail, but it still maintains the hand rendered quality. In the age of so many digitally drawn images, it is a pleasure to see this.
Lorne is a gentleman, with a great sense of humour that he loves to bring to his work (When the project allows). He can be quite satirical and this talent partnered with his incredible talent, results in some fantastic illustrations
